Excellent quality wire, I’m used to 0.8mm but I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how the 0.6 performs even on some thicker materials, used to make some tooling using 4mm plate, not ideal but it seems to have coped very well

As it says on the tin, son has been advised to go up to 0.8 dia for ease of use but will see how he gets on.

Idea for welding vehicles. I would recommend to anyone. The product was great the wire was fine slight damage to wheel on edge even though it was very well packaged.

I used it on thin sheet steel being shownhow by a coded welder who was impressed with the welder. Ithough it was very good for non proffesionals like me. I had dificulty feeding the wire and would have liked the extra feed switch next to the wire spool like my tradesmig 160

I get clean welds and good ** on a mix of metals every time using 95/5 Ar / CO2 mix

As stated previously, I have only been getting used to the equipment and I have not used it for long periods. I will be using the equipment mainly to repair vehicle bodies, however, my wife has suggested that I could make some arches for plants to grow around in the garden. So a bit of variety. From what I have seen so far, I would suggest that it is a machine for any hobby welder or light commercial use. I was impressed with the quality of the earth clamp and the consistency of the wire supply. Time will tell about the longevity. However, I was also impressed regarding the 3 year warranty.

I haven't used the 0.6mm wire yet as I decided to run 0.8 for another job. All I can say is it's packed very well and upon opening the package this is not a cheaply made product. Looks to be great value for the money and if it's anything like the R-TECH welder you simply will not have any issues

First time using 0.6mm but it's a nice change down from 0.8mm - the product was well packaged and securely sealed with a silica bag to prevent moisture.

Not much you can say about a reel of MIG wire really! It seems to be of a suitable quality.

I'm what would be called a "hobby ***er". I've done a lot of automotive ***ing and made stuff round the house - gates and the like. I'd certainly recommend the company and the wire to anyone similar. The wire works fine, pretty much as I'd expect - it's not really very exciting, but I couldn't *** without it!
