Baileigh TN-300 Tube Notcher

The TN-300 tube and pipe notcher from Baileigh Industrial is the best production hole saw notcher on the market today.

This 220 volt, 50hz, single phase notcher is built using only the best components. The idea of the TN-300 was to get rid of the hand drill of the TN-250 and make a better tool for the fabricators. By building a rigid base and tying all the components together, we were able to reduce vibration created from the holesaw itself as it went through the material.

Next Baileigh changed the RPM of the holesaw bit to 233rpm. This speed seemed to give the best combination of saw life and speed of cut. Both of these changes helped make a more accurate cut and increase the life of the saws, saving time and money.

The vice has a quick release feature so different notch angles can be set up in a second or two and locked-in with a solid taper lock. A large degree wheel for indexing the vice is also included.

Operation of the TN-300 is easy. Turn it on, grab the hand wheel and rotate it toward the material. The carriage rides on a solid V-block roller assembly that pushes the holesaw into the material with limited vibration.
