Must Have Fixture Table Component! Mac Lock Down Ball Bolts are a time-saving, efficient method of locating, and fastening without having to stretch under the table to sercure regular shoulder bolts.

Mac Lock down ball bolts can be used with other Fixture tables and tooling aslong as they have the industry standard 16mm through holes.
Supplied is 4x Mac Lock Down Ball Bolts (16mm Diameter) and 4x 10mm Laser cut spacers.
Q: Why 10mm spacers?
A: As we offer and supply varying thickness of tables and tooling, the 10mm spacer allows for fixing from 12mm (e.g 6mm table + 6mm Tooling) up to 24mm without the spacer.
Our Lock Down Ball Bolt have three locking steel balls in the bolt shank that move outward to lock against the bottom chamfer of the table plate, pulling the fixture components securely downward and tightening them in place.

I use these for retaining parts still while welding items not shaped/sized to allow clamping. Are good quality and value products, just that as I only use 6mm plate as my welding workplace I need to remake the collars at greater height for ball bearings to be held to allow locking device to work as solid retention nipples.
