I am a self taught TIG welder and as such have found these gloves perfect. They protect the skin whilst allowing the dexterity required to secure and manipulate work pieces. They are very comfortable and durable.

Gloves, what can I say? This is a minefield I am not willing to explore, horses for courses and all that. They are well made and give a reasonable amount of flexibility, they keep out so much heat as do other gloves so they do have a limit where they fail in this as do other gloves. I have owned better and worse as everyone will find a glove they prefer for a particular job, these are a good starting place and like all gloves wont last forever. R-Tech were good enough to send me these FOC and I greatly appreciate that but I would gladly pay the asking price for this 'All round' glove. If asked I would say buy a pair you wont regret it but do your homework and get the glove for the job you want it to do, these are a little on the cumbersome side for me and I prefer a little more feedback but this tends to leave you with burned pinkies. So far, I haven't had to worry too much on that score with these and I would most likely replace these like for like when they go south.

I've had these gloves before and they're excellent. There was no stock this time so I was given the cheaper ones. They're OK but obviously not as good. I do use both sets for mig and tig welding. The cheaper ones on lower amperages though.

Slightly better quality than the white gloves, which is what I was hoping for.

Really good quality nice flexible gloves the best I've come across. I brought a pair they were so good my work mates keep using them so I had to buy another pair just for myself and then hide them. I highly recommend these gloves.

On my third pair of these as I tend to touch something oily with them which messes them up for TIG. Good flexible comfortable glove. hard wearing.

Really nice gloves: nice and tactile. Only thing is I've got big hands with long spindly fingers - the gloves are a size ten which does fit me but perhaps a couple of smaller sizes might be better for others.

Think these are almost a must if TIG welding - certainly helped me. Almost dissappointed that they are not part of the kit with a new tig welder - would likely give beginners like me a easier start than trying with standard welding gloves.

I've purchase 3 pairs of tig gloves over the past few months. One pair is 30mm shorter in the fingers length, they must of been the runt of the litter and the issue has been resolved. :)

Brilliant product. Leather around the hand area so soft and pliable makes finger movement and control of welding torch easy.

Supple and protective up to a point. I found the point where heat gets through... That's not a fault in the gloves.

They are a pair of welding gloves! If they keep me from burning they are doing their job. They are comfortable, nicely flexible and do not cost the earth.

So far they have been very good.

Closer fit than previous models - in a good way. Although these gloves are thicker and closer fitting than my previous ones from Rtech, they give much better feel.

This is my third pair of these gloves and they are the best Tig I've come across at a reasonable price.

Very good, nice and comfortable and soft leather. Easy to feel the rods. Should be listed with a size as mine were not and came as a size 10. Normally, I’m an 11, so a little snug, but still great.

Although nice gloves to wear (and luckily, exactly the right size were supplied for my hands) the stitching has come undone after just one use!!!!

Nice comfy gloves that aren’t too thick. Can still feel what you are doing. I usually where size 10 work gloves and these are very similar in size

I use my tig welder for jobs in my garage and repairing cracked sump's on cars and repairing cracked gearboxes. anybody can learn to tig weld with these welders ' yes it might take time but after a while you will look at the welds and say I did that . the quality of all the products I have bought are 100% top notch

Very good feel, but a little concerned that may not be as heat insulating as thicker gloves.

Despite not having a sizing option they fit perfectly. My gloves are normally a medium and these are perfect though I doubt people with bigger hands would be so happy with them.

These are excellent. Very comfortable to wear. One observation though, there is a synthetic material label stitched into one glove. It melts if you rest that hand too near a recent weld.

Just started TIG welding again after 30 years. This is a very good machine but it needs some practice. Youtube videos make it look easy but it takes some work to get the welds flowing. Easy to use in the garage on 13A plug but powerful enough to do any job restoring my motorbikes.

Works as it should, however some sharp edges on the casting flashing that i had to file off.

Very tactile gloves and good for Tig welding but they are easily damaged on sharp edges and burn more easily than the coarser leather gloves.
