Pleased to have this for peace of mind. You should promote this more as an advantage over cheaper machines. It shows you have a lot of confidence in your product to warranty it for 5 years.

This is an extended warranty something I dont think any other retail supplier/manufacturer offers, I have not needed to use any warranty on any of my three R-Tech machines to date so this is more of an insurance policy.
