The product gets regular use and whilst I take care not to ** it, it does withstand the inevitable physical demands of being in a workshop environment. The quality of the product is really rather good, especially when considering it's price point compared to other leading brands. I took a punt on an RTech tig welder about 4 years ago and I have been recommending their products ever since.

I managed to break my tig torch. Superglue let me finish the job, but I thought it would probably not last. I could not identify the part on the website, but a quick phone call put me right. The part arrived next day. It's hard to see how a company could do much better.
