The quality of my aluminium welding was declining and and I couldn't seem to resolve it. I then replaced the torch *** (which was slightly deformed) and the welding was returned to perfect. Technical tip; do not over tightened your tungsten when you have a hot tig torch as this can and does deform the internal ***. This then resulted in restricted gas flow and poor weld quality. Replacing the *** resolved it
