Used to support Digital MIG251 and fits perfect. I recommend this trolley although the captive nuts spot welded in the handle needs addressing. Could not fit screws so removed and replaces with M12 Rivnuts. All other features very good.

My college quickly assembled my trolly and the MIG looks so professional mounted on it! I have one for my R Tec TIG Welder and rate it as an excelent product making the whole game so much easier! Rob.

For use in my workshop with my Rtech mig welder. The product does what it is designed to do however i was expecting from the description (and the cost) something a little more heavy duty. I think that there are comparable products on the market for less money. I was after something heavy duty, time will tell how the product lasts. The assembly instructions could do with some improvement to speed up construction time and save repeating steps.

Really happy with my trolley and fits my welder perfectly.

A well designed product that could be significantly improved for very little additional manufacturing cost by increasing the thickness of the handle brackets by a mm or two to make them much less flexible and possibly using some Stainless Steel instead of BZP fixings and washers. The welding on the angle sections of the frame is poor and not what I expected from a company that sell excellent welding equipment with great support.

Very robust and perfectly sized for the welder I chose. Split pins used to retain the wheels were missing but they were a standard size so not a major disaster - just something for quality control to monitor.

I got this to move my tig and p50 round on wheels as I find this better than doing it by hand at 79 years old. The build and quality are good, needs to be a 3 tray and hooks to hang your cables on and brakes on the front wheels

If you need to move the welder around then get the trolley - well worth the money!

I did think of welding up my own trolley to get some practice, but this was all done for me. Took a while to assemble but it's a great trolley, well thought out and ready to go.

It's an ace trolley for strength and quality and the Mig180 sits nicely on it. It was easy to assemble, though the instructions are a bit confused and the photos are not brilliantly clear (perhaps you should paint one in white or grey to photograph).

I had a cheap Amazon one previous with my mig welder just to get by. Now Iv invested in this, it’s so much more stable and able to hold its own weight when moving around. Well worth the money.

Needs instructions or at least a picture. Had to take it apart to change things a few times. As its a Mig/Tig trolley ,a wider base to store 2 Cylinders , 1 argon mix, 1 Pure argon would be good .

It’s holding a Mig and a Tig plus a 20 litre bottle and is both rigid and easy to move. Easily assembled and certainly recommended.

Good quality product. Wheels very nice and easy. I bought it for the I cut 100 plasma cutter. I can also put my arc welder on to.

I run a small garage carrying out car repairs & servicing on older & newer vehicles so need to weld rusty vehicles at least once a month. I’ve owned my current welder last 35 years & to be honest it was becoming hard work so a change was due! After quite a bit of homework I am very pleased I chose the R-Tec 250 amp for my needs & what a welder it is OMG what a difference compared to my previous one from a well known high street store! This R-Tec is night & day in fact I can’t believe I’ve put up with the other one for so long! The quality ease of use & power control is excellent, whilst it does run on a 13 amp socket I have chose to run on a 32 amp dedicated supply but I think it will be useful having the choice of both! Very highly recommended so 10/10 from me, thanks R-Tec!

Great trolley, good finish and easy to build up with clear instructions, only built up and used yesterday and so far and happy with this, could do with a place to hand the ** and earth strap but apart from this I am very happy with the trolley for the price I payed for it.

This is a top quality trolley for the money. As soon as I opened the box and picked up the rear wheels I got excited! Lovely sturdy wheels with twin ball bearings - proper job. I’ve modified it so it is shorter as I have limited space and only use smaller gas bottles, and you know you are dealing with decent quality steel when you can easily weld it because it isn’t made of monkey metal. Delighted for the money.

My old *** *** had wheels built onto the machine so upgrading meant i needed a trolley to carry the new welder and plasma unit. The trolley is substantial and robust enough to carry my gear including two gas cylinders. One of the wheels had an exposed bearing race which R Tech resolved by sending another wheel as a free replacement, worth mentioning that this arrived with 24 hours of notifying the customer service team, excellent.

Easily assembled using the instructions provided and assuringly sturdy when assembled. With my welder on top, all my accessories on the bottom and a 20L gas cylinder it means everything is together and can be easily moved around the workshop. Well worth the money I reckon.

Good value for what it is, does the job very well and saved me significant time and money making my own. Took me about an hour or two to put 2 of these together. Unfortunately one of them had a piece welded at the wrong orientation so I had to drill 2 new holes. However after speaking to the team they've put measures into action to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Assembly was reasonably straightforward (some of the photos are a little out of date) and the product is well designed and robust ... I strongly suspect it will give many years of good service, but only time will tell of course!

A great product. I’m very impressed, took a few minutes to assemble but seems like a good bit of kit.

The trolley was a little bit wobbly, and feels like it could do with some further reinforcement. Welds holding the nuts into the handle didn't penetrate fully so one of the nuts snapped out of the end of the handle. Having bought a TIG welder on the same order, luckily I was able to repair it. Manual was OK, but could do with some clearer break-out drawings, as someone who doesn't know about the "Plate washer, spring washer, nut" rule may be left a bit in the dark. The photos do little to help as you can barely see the bolts and ordering in the photos due to the low print resolution and some of the photos are out of date so may add to the confusion. Powdercoat quality was good with no bald or thin spots. Overall, OK for the price, but could benefit from some tweaks.

Well after building the trolley, I like the look of it. Nice touch with the sealed bearings in the wheels. I'm running a full size bottle, this does make the front of the trolley feel light, maybe the rear wheels/axle should be slightly further to the back to put the weight ratio further on the front castors (smaller bottles no issue). The handle feels a little thin. A thicker handle would give a more confident feeling that you have grabbed it.. i will also be making and adding a bolt on bracket/** to hang the cables neatly. overall a great trolley though. I would recommend, I hope my review has been honest enough and contribute to possibly a slight revision in the near future *** ***J S Auto

It’s a good trolley but a bit on the large side and could do with so way of fixing the welder to it so it’s a bit more stable when rolling about.

Does a reasonable job for a lightweight trolley only used in the workshop handle is a bit flimsy. Assembly quite straightforward good value for the money. Ok for workshop use

The trolley is good and strong enough to hold a fair bit of weight and a large gas bottle. The wheels and castors feel sturdy and it's easy to move even on a fairly uneven floor. And there's more than enough space to hold two different machines if you need to (or one machine and a load of spares, other tools, etc.) It arrives flat-packed, so allow an hour or so to get it all set up. The instruction/assembly booklet that comes with it is extensive, although the current model has had some design changes that aren't fully reflected in the instructions, so you need to watch out for a couple of things along the way. For example, the number and location of the split-pins on the main axle and the fact that the new bottle guides are attached using some of the same bolts that hold the top shelf - if you've already fitted the shelf before fitting the guides in line with the instructions, you end up having to remove those two bolts and refit them. Once it's all done though, it's just the job.

Looks great, but didn't really fit where we needed it, so have taken a lot of bits off. Had no instructions, but was easy to assemble without them. It's larger then you think!

The quality is great, but the packaging which I take it wasn't Rtech, was not as good as the welder. The outer cardboard is not up to the weight and this meant the shelf bracket at the rear was bent. No problem though.

Easy enough to put together and feels sturdy when assembled. Even comes with a proper 10mm spanner rather than thin ones you normally get with flat pack stuff. Can easily handle a full size gas bottle as well,.

I use this for my MIG welder and the lower table takes my Plasma Cutter. This is a sturdy product for anyone who welds and uses large gas bottles. Great for mobility. Good quality, it doesn't wobble and the wheels are industrial quality. Great bit of kit.

The trolley is superb quality, very sturdy indeed, each item was even carefully packaged and wrapped and protected in transit. Easy to assemble with very clear instructions, heavy duty wheels and castors carries gas bottle and machine very easily.

It will be used to carry the welder and accessories along with the gas bottle. I’d recommend it to fellow restorers on a couple of forums. Overall the quality was OK but three of the eight 8mm tapped holes needed cleaning up to get the set bolts in.

Purchased forTIG 210EXT in home workshop. If you need to keep your welding setup together and portable around the garage/workshop it's fine but probably not for more industial setting. The unit is reasonably robust, all the parts fitted together well (all holes lined up and has a good coating of paint. I shall be adding a few hanging brackets to store welding torches. stinger etc when not in use .

I was expecting a plastic or single piece heavy duty trolley but was impressed to find out it is metal, once built it looks awesome and is definitely worthy of the name heavy duty. A picture or some small instructions just to know the orientation of some parts for assembly would be handy.

A good bit of equipment! Only marked down as there is pitting on the base plate, and that it would be very helpful if it had some sort of brake for when not on level ground, as this rolls incredibly well.

This Trolley is being used to support my new TIG welder and associated apparatus. I would recommend this Trolley to anyone who has any type of R Tech equipment. Without it the workshop would become far too cluttered and possibly dangerous. The Heavy Duty Welding Trolley has been fabricated to a very high standard and comes equipped with a good set of assembly instructions and all of the necessary hardware to fit it together - even the tools (Allen keys and spanner) are supplied !

Hobby restoration only. Poor quality due to captive nuts needing re tapped and handle being way too flimsy. Packaging suggests new design from 2018 on, but old style supplied.

Really easy to put together

Very well built and easy to put together I recommend this over anything sold on eBay, I’ve got one from eBay and it wasn’t much cheaper but it is certainly a lot less quality than this one!

Only issue was I had no assembly manual.

I’m very happy with this product and would recommend Rtech.

It is nice, but I would expect more utility for a welding cart. I have lots of little projects in mind to make the cart much more welding friendly.

Brilliant piece of equipment, well built considered buying a cheaper version on Ebay but glad I didnt, my only issue is if it had 2 hooks one either side to hang the cables on it would be perfect

Dear for what it is, there are much cheaper ones available online - I went for this one expecting top quality. Paint chipped off in places and poor quality bolts. For the price I expected better.

a great addition for keeping things tidy and all together and makes it more mobile

very good quality, I did make an extra tier for it so I can store my plasma cutter, mig 180 and 3in1 255s. The only other adjustment I would like to make to it is to be able to store another gas bottle and also some hooks for cables would be useful. But for the money its very good value

Only gave it a 4 as there were not assbly instructions and the captive nuts for the castor wheel mounting were hard not to cross-thread as they were full of paint and just a bad fit

Well made product that was easy to put together. The handle arms seem a little flimsy but that’s just a minor point as I am very satisfied with the trolly.
