Very satisfied with the service, always fast and efficient and well packed. One comment is an option for "economy" delivery via Royal Mail for small orders, e.g. new tips would be good and cheaper.

My son appears to have appropriated my old pliers so I thought I'd give these a go. Quite good for the price. Don't open them too wide though, otherwise you will be groveling around on the floor looking for the little spring!! (Hence the 4 * rating)
