Having recently began welding. I initially purchased a cheap welding helmet via Amazon. It broke within a few months. I treated myself to a Speedmaster XXL helmet and it's FANTASTIC. Extremely comfortable to wear and the clarity of the view through the screen is AMAZING. Superb product.

I got this welding helmet to replace a Viking 3350 that I let fall from a great height. I was expecting it to be inferior to the Viking considering the price difference but I have to say it's excellent. Great visibility and comfortable to wear. I would highly recommend this welding helmet.

Difficult for me to say how good the item would be for anyone else as I am just starting out on my hobby welding journey but I can say that I have found it to be an excellent bit of kit, took some time to take the helmet apart to aid in understanding how it worked re-assembled and used on my first welding job very comfortable and easy to use, really pleased with it.

Bought welding mask after seeing video on YouTube outlining the ** and cons for the R Tech true colour welding helmet. Not disappointed with helmet, would have liked to have been prompted if needed a magnifying lens when ordering.

Mask provides much clearer view of the puddle and is comfortable to wear. It does take 2 hands to put the mask on though, so you have to put the torch down.

Used only for tig ***ing. I'd recommend to anyone. having used the same *** helmet for 30+ years it's taking a bit of getting used to/how I like it set up. but it looks to be good quality and more than up to the job for my personal use. It is super clear (true colour). Protective lenses are easy to change. My only slight gripe (and to be fair it wasn't advertised as having one) but a protective bag would of been a handy addition. I'll either use my rough old holey bag or buy a motorcycle helmet bag. very small criticism on what seems to be a great bit of kit. thank you yet again rtech!

Bought this welding helmet as I just bought a new tig welder and couldn't see with my old one. This has a big screen and can see perfectly now. Feels good quality and comes with spare screens.

Very good product, the only criticism I have compared to my older model is the grinding option is part of one of the other dials. The older model had a separate switch which seems more convenient.

A good helmet, a very large viewing screen makes a nice change. Have had it turn off occasionally as im welding if the torch covers the arc a bit much. I probably just need to increase the sensitivity.
