Not had chance to use it in anger but its half as good as my R Tech mig welder Ill be very happy. Bought to weld formed Aluminium panels on a 1930?s vehicle

I will be using the machine on a farm I work at and various jobs for friends. A few companies I have helped out have R-Tech welding machines and say the are good. So far I am impressed with the quality.

I ordered a shop soiled AC/DC 160 tig welder but it was significantly more damaged than a few scuff marks. Still waiting for a box to repackage and the totally incompetent DHL couriers to deliver the box, then return and collect it, then recieve my replacement.

Mainly use for *** *** so handy coming with pedal and everything you need recommended for any Hoby/commercial *** using rtech machines. Being able to repair in house sold it for me no more worrying what if things go wrong

I wanted a general purpose analogue control set for medium/small items. This fitted the bill at competitive value with a 3yr warranty. It could do with a lower setting on AC Amps, but otherwise well pleased with it.

The TIG welder will be used in my personal workshop, I would recommend the product to my friends , the quality is super , there is no evidence of shop soiled condition

I will be using this welder for general tig welding duties, including sculptures in a variety of metals, such as stainless steel, silicon bronze, copper and aluminium. The welder is a delight to use and would be a boon to anyone with a love of working in metals.

I really like the welder (I cannot tell in what manner it was shop soiled). I particularly like the foot pedal. I think this makes all the difference for me. I managed to weld aluminium straight away without my usual blowing holes in it. I think as a poor ** welder it is really good to have a good welding set. It cant make you into a great welder but it can make life a lot easier. This set makes my other welding sets feel a bit second rate, and I have barely started learning how to use it.
